In 2024, a new practice facility for the University of Iowa’s women’s gymnastics and spirits squads joined the UI campus: the Nagle-Duda Gymnastic & Spirit Squads Training Center.

The Nagle-Duda Gymnastic and Spirit Squads Training Center features vault runways, competition-style beams, floor-exercise space, uneven bars, a built-in sound system, and more. In addition to nearly 21,000-square-feet of practice space, the facility houses locker rooms, meeting and athletic training rooms, offices, and a multi-purpose room.

The $20 million gymnastic and spirit squad facility stands adjacent to the women’s soccer facility on Prairie Meadow Drive, opening its doors officially to visitors in 2025.
