Per city right of way agreement for this project. The north lane at Melrose and South Grand ave running east west will be fenced off for construction deliveries for the remainder of the phase 1 portion of the project. Starting December 2, 2024 ending July 14th 2025.

This is a continuation of the lane closure put in effect at the start of the project, fencing was removed at the start of the home football games and is being re-installed after the last home game.
