This project will provide for development of a health care complex on a nearly 60-acre site, which borders Forevergreen Road and Coral Ridge Avenue. The facility will include outpatient clinics, faculty offices, inpatient beds, surgical suites, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, central sterile services, food services, an emergency treatment center, education and research space, and other support services. The webcam includes 10 preset camera locations that update every 10 minutes.

This project will construct an approximate 1000-stall parking ramp structure on Lot 43 north of the West Campus Transportation Center, totaling 284,070 square feet. The Hawkeye Parking Ramp, located near Kinnick Stadium, has an estimated completion date of January 2025. The webcam camera provides an updated still photo every 10 minutes.

This project will construct a new academic facility of approximately 263,000 gross square feet on six levels located at the northeast corner of Melrose Avenue and South Grand Avenue. The facility will house academic, administrative, clinical, and research space for multiple science departments.  This project is expected reach completion in April of 2025.
