This project is to raze the unoccupied Cannon-Gay House on 320 Melrose Avenue because it is structurally failing and will eventually make way for the widening of Melrose Avenue. The scope of services have been expanded to include design services for Parking Lot 14 entryway expansion. The design services will include engineering services to provide design documents for the project.
