The first part of this project scope involves developing cost estimates, preliminary plans, and renderings to gather support for a major anniversary and donor event in October of 2024. The second part of the project scope, evolved from donor late 2024/early 2025 donor funding which involves renovating the lobby, north corridor and student commons area of the first floor of Trowbridge Hall.
