This project includes renovating the Cambus Maintenance Facility to accommodate CAMBUS Maintenance Facility offices, and support spaces (3,900 SF +/-) and the construction of a building addition on the north side of the facility to accommodate vehicle parking, maintenance and Cambus Administrative services (18,500 SF +/-).
