This project has been postponed due to equipment delivery delays. An additional update will be sent out when the work is rescheduled. 

Lot 4 south of the University Services Building will be closed on April 18, 2026 for crane operations needed to replace the building's chiller, weather permitting. Additionally, seven metered parking spaces on Capitol Street will be unavailable during this project work. The parking meters will be bagged to indicate that parking is unavailable. April 19, 2026 will be used as an alternate date in case of inclement weather.

To minimize potential impacts, the work will take place over the weekend. All crane operations will occur within the parking lot, and as a result, no sidewalk or street closures will be required.
