This project will renovate approximately 19,000 sf of existing lab/office/classroom space on the first floor of the Bowen Science Building. The scope will include a full remodel of these areas to provide updated laboratories, classrooms, and offices. It will also include modest upgrades to approximately 2,500 sf of corridor and lobby space, including lighting and acoustic treatments.
