Several major construction and renovation projects across the University of Iowa campus are continuing to move forward. The Graduate College Building is nearing completion and is expected to open in spring 2027, while the Tippie College of Business expansion and modernization project is moving into construction this fall.

Work also continues at the Iowa Advanced Technology Laboratories and Quad Green. The IATL project includes a new four-story addition and renovations throughout the building, while Quad Green is being updated with new recreation and gathering spaces, including sport courts, a pavilion, and landscaping.

Renovations at the Iowa Memorial Union are creating updated student spaces, dining areas, meeting spaces, and a new student health and wellness center. The Dance Building reached substantial completion this summer and is welcoming students for classes this fall.

The new Health Sciences Academic Building is also ready for students, bringing together three health science programs in one facility with new learning, research, and clinical spaces.
