FM Landscape Services and the GIS team have collaborated to create an interactive and visual story map of some of our most notable trees and gardens on the University of Iowa campus arboretum.  Visit the story map to learn more about our literary grove, state champion trees, and our collection gardens.

The UI became the second university in the state of Iowa to be recognized as an accredited arboretum in the spring of 2021. We’re proud to be a home for 8,000 trees and over 300 species – where management and care for all our campus landscape is our top priority.
