There will be multiple closures surrounding the North Campus Parking and Chilled Water Facility for North Chilled Water Plant renovations. Please note the following closures:
• The north stairwell will be closed on all levels of the parking ramp. Use the south stairwell.
• The sidewalk on the west side of North Capitol Street will be closed. Use sidewalks on the east side of North Capitol Street 
• The east lane of the roadway between Catlett Residence Hall and North Campus Parking will be closed, resulting in one-way southbound traffic in the west lane. Northbound traffic can use Madison Street.
• The basketball courts on top of facility will be closed.
In addition, construction activity will be present in the following areas. Consider using alternate routes to minimize potential delays.
• Contractor will use East Bloomington Street for Burge Residence Hall loading dock delivery entrance and exits.
• Contractor will be using East Bloomington St for construction delivery entrance and Davenport Street for construction delivery exit.
Noise alert: Expect construction noise related to the project, especially during the first four weeks for concrete removal. Days will start around 7:00 a.m. and end around 5:00 p.m. At the start there will be heavy equipment digging in new water lines, then there will be a crane set up to move materials and equipment.
