Notice of University Capitol Centre Exterior Building Inspection:
An articulating lift will be in use to inspect the exterior conditions of the University Capitol Centre (Old Capitol Mall). The lift will move to various positions around the building throughout the inspection process.
Please be advised:
- There will be temporary disruptions to pedestrian traffic on sidewalks surrounding the building.
- Flaggers will be present in the area to help direct and maintain safe foot traffic around the work zones.
- The lift will travel along the sidewalks on S Clinton St, E Washington St, and S Capitol St during the inspection.

Accessibility to building entrances will not be impacted during this inspection. Flaggers may be present to direct pedestrians around work areas and traffic cones, but all entrances will remain open and accessible to the public at all times.
Alternate route
Pedestrians may use the sidewalks located across S Clinton St (to the east) and across S Capitol St (to the west) to avoid the area when the lift is in use.
